Join us for a public program honoring Baltimore artist Elizabeth Talford Scott and her work Chinese Pillow, currently on view at the Walters. This experience is designed by Sasha Kramer and Kendra Brewer, two students in the Exhibition Development Seminar at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) working with cultural organizations and colleges across Baltimore.
This program is part of the Elizabeth Talford Scott Community Celebration guided by MICA instructor Deyane Moses. Students enrolled in the Exhibition Development Seminar (EDS) will lead the organization of the Elizabeth Talford Scott Community Celebration. This will expand the recognition of Talford Scott’s oeuvre with presentations of her work at nine institutions that have a significant history with the artist and/or EDS. Read more.
