Art and luxury goods made from wild animal materials testify to an enduring, human desire for beauty, but also to the harm to wild animal populations. The Walters Education staff will explore with participants how these objects communicate society’s evolving relationship with nature and provide an opportunity for reflection and reconciliation.

This event is for teachers, administrators, support staff, and informal educators.
