Teen Lab: Printmaking - Making Paint

Teens are invited to join us for a three-part series on printmaking. From ideation to creation, get hands-on with designing a repeat pattern, carving linoleum, and making ink. Hear from Walters Staff about being artists & museum professionals along the way. 

Meet Annette Ortiz, Conservation Scientist, who examines Earth and mineral pigments in their raw form to learn about the paints used in paintings and sculptures.

Teen Lab is a space for teens to hang out, create art, and make friends. During this program, teens participate in creative activities, explore different cultures through art, and check out our galleries. Ages 13–18.
