Monument Lighting and Artisan Market

Celebrate the holiday season at the annual Monument Lighting in Mount Vernon, a joyous event culminating with a spectacular fireworks display. In conjunction with the Monument Lighting event organized by the Mount Vernon Place Conservancy, stop by the Walters’ sculpture court from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. to warm up with some winter shopping at our artisan marketplace, free activities for all ages, and hot apple cider (available while supplies last).
